února 2014 bude hlasovat o návrhu zprávy rakouské europoslankyně Ulrike Lunacekové "O plánu EU proti homofobii a diskriminaci na základě sexuální orientace a genderové identity".
[tzv. ZIP code je PSČ]
Návrh zprávy Lunacekové nutí k radikálnímu výkladu a manipulaci lidských práv.
Termíny "homofobie" či "sexuální identita" nepatří do mezinárodního práva ani nejsou součástí zákonů EU. Kdyby zpráva Lunacekové prošla, Evropský parlament by ospravedlnil jazyk ideologických aktivistů skrz politický plán EU. Navržená zpráva zamýšlí "institucionální homosexualizaci lidských práv". Instituce EU a členské státy by se musely zabývat komplexním začleněním homosexuality do všech úrovní včetně veřejného zpraví, vzdělávání, zaměstnání či azylové politiky.
Stejnopohlavní páry by pak mohly adoptovat děti, podstupovat IVF či využít institutu tzv. náhradního mateřství. Dále by garantoval svobodu shromáždění a slova a bojoval proti podněcování k nenávisti a trestným činům z nenávisti, aby umlčel kritiky homosexuality a LGBT aktivismu. Bude otevřena cesta k sociálnímu inženýrství hodnot a norem v evropské společnosti, kdy např. stipendia Erasmu či výměnné studentské pobyty budou muset splnit LGBT kvóty.
Před blížícími se evropskými volbami je důležité, aby Evropský parlament nebyl zneužíván sociálním inženýrstvím. Zamýšlený plán EU, i když by oficiálně neměl žádnou právní váhu, by mohl být politicky zneužit pro nátlak LGBT agendy každému členskému státu EU navzdory tomu, co si přejí jeho občané. Bude oslaben základ národní suverenity v etických otázkách a obcházena autorita národních institucí.

Shortly after the Estrela Report was defeated, European Parliament leftists went straight to work with their next initiative, the “Lunacek Report.” With your help, as we did with the Estrela Report, we can defeat this too.
On 3 February, the European Parliament will vote on the Lunacek Report, officially known as “EU Roadmap against homophobia and discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity” (2013/2183).
Adopted by the European Parliament Committee for Civil Liberties (LIBE), the Lunacek Report represents an astonishingly shameless attempt by LGBT activists to twist what is meant by fundamental human rights. However, the opinion of the LIBE committee does not reflect the opinion of all Members sitting in Chamber.
The Lunacek Report forces the "Yogyakarta Principles" into the EU’s legal order. In the Yogyakarta Principles, LGBT activists falsely say that “special gay rights are covered by universal human rights” and all 120 special rights for the gay community must be imposed in order to fulfill internationally recognized human rights requirements. The Lunacek Report pushes a radical re-interpretation and manipulation of human rights. A full commentary
MEP Ulrike Lunacek, the rapporteur is a left-wing feminist and LGBT activist, Member of the European Parliament (Austria - Green party), and co-chair of the intergroup on LGBT Rights. In 2013, Lunacek co-sponsored an amendment seeking to legitimize paedophilia by advocating the need of “taboo-free and interactive sex education” for toddlers.
What is the reference to EU Roadmap? The references made to the existing EU Roadmap are heavily misleading. The current EU Roadmap exists only to protect the rights of people with disabilities. But the LGBT lobby is perverting the original intent of the Roadmap by NOT using it to establish equal treatment, but rather, to award special privileges! It is baffling to see the LGBT streamline their agenda at the expense of people with disabilities.
What is the content of the Roadmap resolution? The intention of their Roadmap resolution is the “institutional queering of human rights.” If adopted, the EU institutions and the Member States must engage in a holistic homosexual mainstreaming of all public policy domains, including not only the basic national competencies of public health and education, but also employment, asylum, and external relations. The Lunacek Report includes an EU-wide veto mechanism that favors the LGBT community, meaning: no future EU legislation might contradict the interests of gay and lesbian activists. The Roadmap can be politically misused to force Member States to allow “same sex marriage for all” because it interferes with issues of citizenship, families, and freedom of movement. Same sex couples in all Member States will have access to full adoption, in vitro fertilization, and surrogacy. The EU Roadmap will guarantee freedom of assembly and expression for gay activists and fight hate speech and hate crime to silence critics of homosexuality and LGBT activism. In doing so, the European Parliament wants the EU and its Member States to apply double standards: unrestricted freedom of speech for the gay community, but restricted freedom of speech for possible critics. No provision is made to protect the rights of parents to educate their children and to protect children from homosexual propaganda, or the right to conscientious objection.
The Lunacek Report appears to have the purpose of pressuring Member States to provide legal recognition of same-sex “marriages”. This is done in an insidious and hidden way, e.g. by requesting the automatic recognition of, and giving effect to, all civil status documents. In practice, this would mean that Member States where same-sex “marriages” are not recognized by the law of the land would be mandated by the EU law to recognize a same-sex “marriage” that took place in another Member State.
The Lunacek Report also urges the EU to exert political influence within the World Health Organization (WHO) to the extent that homosexuality be removed from the list of mental and behavioral disorders. This represents an astonishing attempt of interference to the freedom of science and scientific research by a political institution.
Hate crimes are committed by gay activists themselves: Throughout the EU, there is a well-documented increase of “hate crimes” that are committed by self-styled “homosexual rights activists” against their opponents. With conspicuous frequency, such crimes are perpetrated against the Catholic Church, its buildings, and its representatives: e.g. the recent Christmas disruption at Cologne Cathedral, the desecration of St. Petronius’ Basilica in Bologna, or repeated physical assaults against the Archbishop of Mechlin (Belgium) – all committed by lesbian and gay rights activists. The adoption of a specific “Roadmap” to single them out as a minority group in need of special privileges does not reflect reality.

Petice zní takto:
Petition to: Members of European Parliament
Dear Member of the European Parliament:
On February 3rd, you will vote on the Lunacek Report. This report represents an astonishingly shameless attempt by LGBT activists to twist what is meant by fundamental human rights. The reference to the existing “EU Roadmap“ is meant to mislead and it does. It misuses (a completely unrelated) non-discrimination policy to create what are in reality special privileges for certain citizens on account of their sex life.
Reading over the report, it becomes abundantly clear that the Roadmap resolution has one goal in mind: “the queering of human rights” from the institutional level down. This has never been seen before.
The EU Roadmap will guarantee freedom of assembly and freedom expression for gay activists and silence critics of homosexuality and LGBT activism under the guise of fighting hate speech and hate crime.
In doing so, the European Parliament wants the EU and its Member States to apply a double standard: unrestricted freedom of speech for the “gay community” contrasted by institutionally ordained restrictions on speech for all possible critics. No provision is made to protect the right of the people to self-determination, the right of parents to educate their children and to protect children from homosexual propaganda, if they wish to do so, or the right to conscientious objection.
The Lunacek Report includes a EU-wide veto mechanism for the LGBT community: no future EU legislation will be able to contradict the personal interests of homosexual and lesbian activists. Activists that as of yet represent a tiny minority of the population: undemocratic to say the least.
In short, LGBT activists seek to gain special privileges, by utilising a strategy of victimization and a false appeal to the universality of “human rights.”
The EU Roadmap—originally drafted to protect the rights of people with handicaps—will be politically misused to force Member States to allow “same sex marriage for all” because of the later’s views on citizenship, families, and freedom of movement. Same sex couples will then have access to full adoption, in vitro fertilization, and surrogacy.
Furthermore, if adopted, the Lunacek Report will give EU institutions and Member States no choice but to incorporate the homosexual agenda into public policy making, including into domains that were previously the competencies of national governments: public health and education. It will also make the homosexual agenda mainstream in matters of employment, asylum, and external relations.
The EU and the Member States must be faithful to EU law but should not create special rights because of the sexual behaviour of a small group of citizens!
Therefore I invite you to reject the Lunacek Report or to replace it by an alternative resolution.
Please also ask for a nominal vote as I would like to know your nominal vote on this resolution. This will serve as voting recommendation for the EU elections on Sunday, 25 May 2014.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
