Russina Vale, 38, was found bludgeoned to death in her San Diego apartment June 5.

Police issued arrest warrant for victim's wife of only six months, Tiffany Nowden-Vale, who is missing.

Russina Vale's two dogs, Scruffy and Bella, were presumably snatched by the owner's runaway wife.

Dead woman's sister said when she last saw Vale in May, the woman was filing for divorce.
