In many parts of the world, December is the month of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Recently in Rome, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe was also celebrated at the Pontifical Mexican College. It is a celebration that unites not only the Mexican and Latin American communities in Rome, but all those who, from all around the world, are devoted to Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Since we were children, we contemplated the face of this image, which is not only venerated but loved in every home in the Mexican Republic.

The apparitions of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas, address the entire world without exception, and recall Mary’s closeness to every human being, something that requires an open heart.
