Does that mean we can expect the following because VII NEVER called for it?
A. Holy Communion back kneeling and on the tongue.
B. Communion plate.
C. Communion Rails.
D. Altars back Adorientum.
E. Gregorian Chant.
F. Male altar servers.
G. No lay readers of the epistle.
H. No inculturation in the Mass
I. No profane instruments,
Anything else????
So Holy Father if we leave our Traditional Masses and return to the Mass promulgated after VII eg The Typical Edition Novus Ordo can we expect ABCDEFGHI?
The only reason why we searched for the Old Mass was because we agreed with Pope Francis if he is sincere. “At the same time, I am saddened by abuses in the celebration of the liturgy on all sides. In common with Benedict XVI, I deplore the fact that “in many places the prescriptions of the new Missal are not observed in celebration, but indeed come to be interpreted as an authorization for or even a requirement of creativity, which leads to almost unbearable distortions”. [13]
However why did we search for the Old Mass in the first place? Because of all the liturgical changes (abuses)NOT called for by V II! Do you think our original Parishes would want us back? Now we know?
