Deandrea Little, 22, of the 3900 block of West Lexington Street and Markquis Little, 20, of the 5400 block of South Asland Avenue in Chicago, have been charged with three felonies: Intimidation threatening physical harm, stalking causing fear for the victim's safety and attempted robbery, police said.

"I need some money,"’ they both said, according to a police report. "Give me some money."

The priest told them he had none and the two men stood around for a while before leaving.

Deandrea Little also was "poking" the 73-year-old priest on his forehead and threatened to hit him. And the 22-year-old told the priest: "We'll say you touched us, read the paper, they'll believe us," according to a police report.

The priest recognized the two. About four years ago they had begun to demand money from him, using threats and damaging his property, police said. The priest each time would give them $10 or $20, amounting to more than $10,000 by now, police said.

The priest told police that during the four-year stretch, the two have broken out windows at the rectory and have jumped on his car, leaving it scratched and dented.

The two South Side men were arrested Friday afternoon, police said.
