In reply to Bowan409, we (Catholics) do not need a pope to tell us what is right or what is wrong. We have 2,000 years of tradition that teaches us these things. Please find a good priest that can help you with your concerns.

I myself only beame Catholic as a adult. My Father did not choose to raise us Catholic so my Grandma and Grandpa taught us the Catholic faith. I find this all very confusing! I wish the Vatican would put a stop to this. So many grey areas now that were never there before.
