TFP Conference Exhorts Young Men to "Put on the Armor of God."

How should young men face the moral and spiritual crisis of our time? This common concern brought dozens of young men together for TFP Student Action’s New Year conference at the headquarters of The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family, and Property (TFP) in Pennsylvania. The theme of the conference was Within a Sinful World, How Should We Prepare for God’s Chastisement, Victory, and the Reign of Mary?
Outstanding Lectures: Thought-provoking talks gave conference attendees persuasive reasons to engage in the struggle to restore Christian Civilization and oppose the Revolutionary process that undermines order. Prof. Plinio Correa de Oliveira’s incisive work, Revolution and Counterrevolution, served as a guide to understand and respond to the multiple crises shaking civilization to its core.
In his talk, Mr. John Horvat II, vice-president and author of Return to Order, offered practical and spiritual advice on how to face the present chaos with flexibility and daring.
Mr. Jose Antonio Ureta, author of Pope Francis's ''Paradigm Shift'', spoke about the crisis inside the Catholic Church. Far from provoking discouragement, his talk was an invitation to resist progressivism and remain faithful to the perennial tradition of Holy Mother Church.
Other talks included, The Role of the Angels, Revelations that Speak of a Chastisement, Lessons on Leadership, Joy in the Fight, and The Crusader Spirit. Mr. Philip Calder’s talk on The Power of Music demonstrated how music – from Gregorian chant to jazz – conveys a message for good or for evil.
Mr. Michael Gorre provided an overview of TFP activities worldwide. His gripping one-hour video presentation, Report from the Battlefield, was received with enthusiastic applause.
