Pełniła funkcję lidera Zespołu ds. Reagowania Kryzysowego, urzędnika ds. Informacji Publicznej, pracowała też jako weather spotter dla National Weather Service. Celeste ma wiedzę i udokumentowane doświadczenie w zakresie małego lobbingu rolniczego, medycyny integracyjnej i funkcjonalnej oraz rolnictwa ekologicznego.
