CHRISTINE ANDERSON (MDEP). Das Europäische Parlament ist überhaupt kein Parlament. Es geht weit darüber hinaus, nicht als 'Demokratie' betrachtet zu werden. Es ist nur eine Illusion von Demokratie, es ist ein Theater, es ist eine Farce, es ist eine große Farce und die Steuerzahler zahlen so viel Geld dafür, dass diese Abgeordneten im Grunde nichts anderes tun, als hübsch auszusehen... und meistens machen sie das nicht einmal richtig. Es wird nicht im EU-Parlament gesetzlich geregelt, Gesetze werden nicht verabschiedet, das geschieht im Rat der Europäischen Union.

It is not legislated in the EU parliament, laws are not passed, that is done in the Council of the European Union.
