If the Pope consecrates Russia solemnly to the Immaculate Heart of Mary with all the Bishops in the world, Our Lady promises to establish a period of peace, alleviating the suffering of everyone, especially children. Only the Mother of God can help us with these explicit instructions given by her Son. Doesn't the Pope know this? It is in his hands to do what she commands.
