Criminal charges against David Daleiden dropped

Criminal charges that were filed in a California court against David Daleiden and Sandra Merrit have been dropped, the charges found to be legally insufficient. All of the charges have been bogus, meant to tear down their effective campaign exposing Planned Parenthood's illegal operations, including the selling and profiting of parts of babies who were aborted.

There is one more count of conspiracy to invade privacy that they must fight. A LibertyCounsel attorney said, "The complaint...is unprecedented and frankly will threaten every journalist who provides valuable information to the public." He is confident this charge also will fall.

Charges brought earlier in Houston also came to nothing, eventually being dropped.
