Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.j made factual errors in two ITC theological papers which were politically correct
Cardinal Luiz Ladaria s.j, as President and Secretary of the International Theological Commission (ITC), Vatican, made an objective mistake in two theological papers of the ITC. I e-mailed him quite a few times. He never responded. No one at the Vatican would talk about the error.
It seemed as if for political reasons he was maintaining the factual error in the ITC papers, which had the approval of Cardinal Ratzinger. So his earlier appointment as the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) seemed political. He was going to hand over to ecclesiastical Masonry, Church documents and doctrine which would be interpreted as a rupture with Tradition even though a rational option was available. We now have a Prefect of the CDF who is in manifest public heresy but is supported by the influential Left within and outside the Church, as are the other Jesuit professors of theology, who still teach all weird stuff at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
Here is proof of Cardinal Ladaria and Pope Benedict XVI's testing everyone's intelligence.
The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptized', International Theological Commission, 2007 59. The Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949) offers further specifications. “To gain eternal salvation, it is not always required that a person be incorporated in reality (reapse) as a member of the Church, but it is necessary that one belong to it at least in desire and longing (voto et desiderio). It is not always necessary that this desire be explicit as it is with catechumens.
When one is invincibly ignorant, God also accepts an implicit desire, so called because it is contained in the good disposition of soul by which a person wants his or her will to be conformed to God’s will”. - The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptized', International Theological Commission, 2007 Lionel:
'it is not always required that a person be incorporated in reality(reapse) as a member of the Church.' Why is it not necessary? Since there were exceptions for Pope Pius XII, Pope Benedict XVI and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria s.j.Why were there exceptions? Since for the new Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, invisible for us baptism of desire was a visible exception to all needing to enter the Church for salvation( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441 extra ecclesiam nulla salus). People in Heaven were visible on earth! Or he knew of people who would go to Heaven even without being a member of the Church, he could judge. He is contradicted by John Martignoni the Director of Evangelisation in the Diocese of Alabama, USA whose bishop is Robert Baker. 'Zero cases of something cannot be exceptions to the dogma EENS' said Martignoni who has a program on EWTN. The new CDF Prefect obviously made a factual error and upon this error ( invisible people without the baptism of water are physically visible) supported a new theology in the Church. The New Theology was created before Vatican Council II but he supported it and so found favour with Cardinal Ratzinger. _____________________________ Here is another example of Cardinal Ladaria's mistake. '10. Exclusivist ecclesiocentrism—the fruit of a specific theological system or of a mistaken understanding of the phrase extra ecclesiam nulla salus—is no longer defended by Catholic theologians after the clear statements of Pius XII and Vatican Council II on the possibility of salvation for those who do not belong visibly to the Church (cf, e.g., LG 16; GS 22)...'-International Theological Commission, Christianity and the World Religions Lionel: 'on the possibility of salvation for those who do not belong visibly to the Church' A possibility is not a visible case. Here is a mistake in the inference. Father Stefano Visintin osb, the present Vice Rector and former Dean of Theology at the Pontifical University of St.Anselm, Rome has said that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is something elementary. How can people who do not exist in our reality be living exceptions of salvation outside the Church.A possibility of a person being saved with the baptism of desire, for example, with or without the baptism of water, si a theoretical case only.We cannot meet someone saved as such.To infer that the baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma EENS is not real. This is basic philosophy gone mad. Ladaria overlooked it with the blessings of Pope Benedict and other members of the ITC ( Cardinal Muller, Archbishop D Noia, Mons. Guido Pozzo etc) and was made the secretary of the CDF.The 'gang' approved him at the CDF. Pope Francis is now happy with his work .
_____________________________ Here is another of Cardinal Ladaria's poltically correct mistake. 67. Vatican Council II makes its own the expression extra ecclesiam nulla salus. But in using it the council explicitly directs itself to Catholics and limits its validity to those who know the necessity of the Church for salvation. The council holds that the affirmation is based on the necessity of faith and of baptism affirmed by Christ (LG 14). In this way the council aligned itself in continuity with the teaching of Pius XII, but emphasized more clearly the original parenthentical character of this expression.- Christianity and the World Religions 1997,International Theological Commission Lionel: 'and limits its validity to those who know the necessity of the Church for salvation.' Those 'who do not know', who are in invincible ignorance, and are allegedly saved would be known only to God. They are physically invisible for us on earth. They are unknown to us.So they are not relevant to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Here the ITC has made a mistake. Archbishop Thomas E.Gullickson like Fr. Stefano Visintin osb and John Martignoni agrees. There are no known cases in the present times of someone saved in invincible ignorance of the Gospel through no fault of his own, and who could be an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is a given. Yet Cardinal Ladaria has assumed that there are known exceptions to exclusivist salvation outside the Church through invincible ignorance. He interprets Vatican Council II with irrational Cushingism instead of traditional Feeneyism. When he is informed he refuses to admit his mistake or talk about this subject. -Lionel Andrades
