Benedict is truly still the Pope.
This Treatise consists of a study of Benedict XVI's Resignation Declaration of 11 February 2013. This study, contrary to other studies, holds that Benedict's Renunciation is actually VALID, and not invalid because of Canonical or Theological error or being done through fear or force and thus Benedict is Pope by default.
This may be downloaded and passed around for I believe it tells the truth. First of all truth is a common good, a common good being "something that can be shared by many without being diminished." And since God is the only One who has a strict claim on truth, Himself being TRUTH, whatever truth concerns a most important matter, namely, the Papacy, everyone of good will ought to have access to it.

This Thesis is, as far as I've been able to ascertain unique; it differs from those who assert that Benedict made a mistake, that he was forced in to retiring, that the "so-called" Conclave was invalidated by the machinations of the St. Gallen Mafia, or that Benedict was not free. I begin from known reality, the Official Latin version of Benedict's Renunciation Announcement. This part is an introduction and an attempt to put the situation into the context of Fatima, Akita, La Salette and the Vision of St. John Bosco.
