Climb-Down: A couple of month ago the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller published along with other four cardinals a book which defends the indissolubility of Catholic marriage. But now he has relativized his words in a statement for the Italian daily Corriere della Sera. Müller complained that he was presented by the media as a member of a Church intern opposition, which – according to his own words - he is not. The text he published in the book was written a year ago. Müller believes that the time of the publication of the book, just before the Synod of Bishops for the Family, is – quote – “unfortunate”.
Turncoat: Another author of the same book that defends the indissolubility of Catholic marriage has withdrawn his position. Cardinal Velasio de Paolis said last Saturday that his essay, published in the book was likewise written a couple of months ago. If the Synod on the Family would …More

Pope Benedict as a Cardinal remarked that “a pope is not an absolute monarch whose will is law but is the guardian of the authentic Tradition.”

Only a Council have the capacity to define and legislate dogmas, synods are only advisory.

Germen No entiendo porque usted dice''in that case and in the circumstances that the synod approve it (if adopted) would have to obey.'' a que se refiere usted_?

Knights4Christ, Catholics very well know how to address Pope Francis; on account of his great dignity, he is called the Holy Father, His Holiness, Vicar of Christ, Father of Christendom and because of the opening words of Christ to St. Peter “Blessed art thou”(Matt. 16:17) the Pope is also addressed as Beatissime Pater.

😡 If the Synod on the Family would de facto vote against the indissolubility of marriage, then Velasio said I "won’t have any problem with that".
In other words he is in favor of sacrilege to eat the body and blood of Christ in a state of mortal sin that is against the scripture and in addition he attack the sacrament of Marriage and attacks the sacrament of the Eucharist.

If the Synod on the Family would de facto vote against the indissolubility of marriage, then Velasio said I "won’t have any problem with that".
The Cardinal has not pronounced against the indissolubility of marriage that is untouchable, divine right, but about communion for divorced and remarried .... in that case and in the circumstances that the synod approve it (if adopted) would have to obey.

Cardinale De Paolis:

🤦 This is What Francis himself calls clerical careerism a 'leprosy'?

UNWORTHY

Wow... talking about being fearful for their careers. Someone was telling me the other day, a friend of mine, this day was foretold... one in a high place will speak for Jesus and another also in high place will betray Him, I guess the Judas factory has more benefits than than the knights of malta... Sad day for all voiceless Catholics in this synod.
