Generación Espiritual y Temporal de Santo Domingo de Guzmán.
This painting which dates to 1766 was the object of my trip to San Cristobal de La Laguna, Tenerife last week. It depicts the spiritual and temporal family trees of St Dominic, with Dominican saints on the left, and illustrious members of the De Guzman family on the right. It is in the former Dominican church of Santo Domingo.
