US Jesuit, a well-known Pro-Life Activist, Becomes a Sedisvacantist
The institute split from the sedevacantist Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius V in 1994. The Priestly Fraternity of St Pius V split from the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X in 1983.
The Roman Catholic Institute was founded by Sedisvacantist-Bishop Donald Sanborn, who was expelled from the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X by Archbishop Lefebvre in 1983. It is known online for the beautiful hymns sung by its Sisters of St. Thomas Aquinas.
Father Marshall was born in El Paso, Texas. He first studied computer science, joined the Jesuits in 1991 and was ordained a priest in 2003. His priestly ministry has taken him to Texas, New Mexico and most recently Florida.
He is best known for his involvement in the pro-life movement. He has worked with Priests for Life and supported projects such as Rachel's Vineyard and other pro-life organizations.
Father Marshall denies the validity of Holy Orders in the Novus Ordo. On December 14, he was conditionally re-ordained a priest by the Sedisvacantist Bishop German Fliess.
