When there were similar thugs at Montebello for a G7 meeting, I think it was, some Sherlock noticed not only were they all dressed the same, but they were all wearing the same footwear, issued to _police!!!. They were not simply thugs, they were agents provacateurs, paid by government to create chaos and mayhem.
