Pope Leo and Cardinal Victor Fernandez must interpret Vatican Council II rationally otherwise they are in schism for not affirming the Nicene Creed in the original, the Athanasius Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Church Councils, and the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal of the Latin Mass, which do not have exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II.
It is also obligatory for the hierarchy of the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) to do the same.
FIRST STEP
May be a group of Catholics could meet and agree that LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2 , GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, being hypothetical, speculative, theoretical, invisible and unknown in 2026, cannot be examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in the present times. They are not explicit exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of the Council of Florence 1442 etc, the Athanasius Creed and the Nicene Creed interpreted with the LG 16 invisible premise.
This is the First Step.
It then has to be announced that Vatican Council II has a continuity with Tradition. It is aligned with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with no visible exceptions of the baptism of desire or being saved in invincible ignorance, the Athanasius Creed with no known exceptions and an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church, of the Syllabus of Pope Pius IX, also with no visible exceptions in our human reality.
This is the Second Step.
We now need to get this information out to the media and your local bishop and the Curia who interpret Vatican Council II irrationally, like the rest of the Catholic Church and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez.
Show them that the difference between you and them, is LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc invisible or visible in the present times. For you it is invisible and for them it is visible.
If the bishop or cardinal refuses to agree with you in public, then employ a canonist.
SSPX laity, if you do not affirm Vatican Council II rational, along with Fr. Davide Pagliarani’s Declaration of Faith, it is a dead-end for you. Suicide. You are abetting the error.

1. We are not asking the cardinal or bishop to recite the Creed or the Oath Against Modernism. We are asking him only to admit that LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc refer to invisible and hypothetical cases only in 2026.

Pope Leo can then no more interpret Vatican Council II schismatically with LG 16 being visible. He will be informed.It would be dishonest.
