Prayer to Our Lady of Aparecida -
O incomparable Lady of the Immaculate Conception of Aparecida,
Mother of God, Queen of Angels,
Advocate of sinners,
refuge and consolation of the afflicted and troubled,
Most Holy Virgin,
full of power and goodness,
cast upon us a favorable glance,
so that we may be helped by you,
in all the needs in which we find ourselves.
Remember, O most clement Mother of Aparecida,
that it has never been heard
that any of those who have resorted to you,
invoked your most holy name
and implored your singular protection,
were abandoned by you.
Animated by this confidence,
we resort to you.
We take you forever as our Mother,
our protector, consolation and guide,
hope and light in the hour of death.
Deliver us from all that may offend you
and your Most Holy Son, Jesus. Preserve us from all dangers
of soul and body;
guide us in all spiritual and temporal matters.
Deliver us from the temptation of the devil,
so that, walking the path of virtue,
we may one day see you and love you
in eternal glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
