I don't believe Pope Leo tweeted that. It was a younger Vatican media specialist who probably was a Francis fanboy that put that out. The same thing happens to Trump with his media team.

@yuca2111 Thanks for the correction. It does seem that he made this error of presumption, unless Pope Leo has knowledge that Francis recieved last confession, Viaticum, and the Apostolic Pardon. If Francis made his confession, recieved his last rites, then he is in heaven. That is what the Church teaches. Moreover, even a person in purgatory is technically in heaven as purgatory is an ante-chamber of heaven.

Remember that even with confession, the large amount of souls pushed to hell by his heresies and agenda STILL goes on.
There's no way to remedy the damage done to souls he purposely deceived, im not saying he is in hell, but if i had to bet he is.
In order to be canonized, one must be a saint. Judas, Luther, Hitler, Stalin and Francis will never be saints
Ludicrous. By erroneously 'elevating' one misguided soul one would have to negate the majority of genuine canonized who went before him.
