In a conversation with Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexei Stolyarov (Lexus) former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko revealed that he never intended to fulfill the Minsk agreements. He only wanted to get at least four years "to form the Ukrainian armed forces, build the Ukrainian economy and train the Ukrainian military together with NATO".
