Motu Proprio 49: Fake Decentralisation

Francis published his 49th Motu Proprio entitled "Assegnare alcune competenze" [Assigning some competences] on February 15.

It states that new interdiocesan seminaries, the national ratio for priestly formation and the publication of local catechisms will no longer require a "permission" but a "confirmation" from Rome - whatever that may mean in concrete terms.

It regards further the incardination of priests, associations for virgins, exclaustration, dispensation from temporary vows, the reduction of Mass legacies, and disregarding the will of believers who have left goods for a pious purpose.

I think he's making up all these rules (regarding the Latin Mass), and publishing all these Moto Proprios, because he is realizing he's going to be dead very soon, and is rushing to put all this crap into action. It's a waste of precious energy for him, for the very next Pope, very likely the direct opposite of Francis considering how much he is despised (even among a large portion of the College of Cardinals, even thouse who originally voted for him), will cancel,recind, and erase much of all his efforts........especially with regards to destroying Catholic tradition and the TLM. He's rushing because he knows his end is VERY near.
