Invisible people in 2025-2026 cannot be visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church.
Hypothetical and invisible cases cannot be visible exceptions for the Athanasius Creed and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
If someone is not there he cannot be an exception for anything. If there is an apple in a box of oranges it is an exception because it is different but also because it is there in that box at that time. If it was not there it would not be exception.
So he is telling us that LG 14 and LG 16 in Vatican Council II, are not exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla solus(EENS) and neither for Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. All. LG 16 is not an objective exception for the dogma EENS of the Council of Florence 1442 for him and neither for me.
Vatican Council II is aligned with the Syllabus of Pope Pius IX, with AG 7. The Council has a hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition, for him.
I have spoken with Fr. Sebastian about a year back and so also with Fr. Paul Boumis the Parish Priest at Sant Agapito and Fr. Francesco the Parish Priest at Sant Leone 1, along the via Prenestina, Rome.
There is no denial from Fr. Ramon Lustiner m.c the Father General of this M.C community and neither from Fr. Timor, who will be the Superior at the community in Nazareth, Israel. LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical and invisible cases only.
They all agree that AG 7 is aligned with the dogma EENS and LG 8,14,16 are not visible exceptions.
Cardinal Reina Baldassare , the Vicar General in Rome has visited Casa Serena the M.C Home for the Aged in Rome. He too interprets LG 8, 14, 16 as being invisible cases. This is common sense. It would be the same for the Mother Teresa Sisters at Casalina and Settimo Ceilo, Rome.- Lionel Andrades
