Well, hopefully when you WAKE UP you'll realize the message the Bishops are sending in allowing an OPENLY PROFESSED LESBIAN to play such a role as she has, is inconceivable! ACTIVE Homosexuality is MORALLY INDEFENSIBLE and has been many times FORBIDDEN in REVELATION AND THE TEACHING OF THE CHURCH. The Most extensive declaration on the subject was by the Doctrine of the Faith, approved by Pope Paul VI on November 7, 1975. Now, do the US bishops not know this? Being that there have been some who have themselves openly stated that they too are gay, ... and all the bishops know who they are..so why don't we all just run ourselves into the den of wolves. Doesn't work!...Michael is doing the right thing. Homosexuality has been the cause of most if not all the sex crimes committed by priests and bishops! Only through EXPOSING THE TRUTH..has this Heinous crime come to light for all to see and FOR IT TO HOPEFULLY CEASE!! NO homosexual is capable to be an advisor on health care issues. If she wishes to continue in this field, then maybe she should begin giving lectures on the highest rates of STD's which are found to be within the homosexual communities! And remember, they are for "choice".."choice" to kill the unborn babies. Get a SPINE!

Thank you JudeMarian for showing how fuzzy non-thinking can get the Church into trouble such as having lesbians giving advice to Bishops on healthcare. Given your brilliant analysis on this video I agree that the Church really needs the perspective of people that proudly are living in mortal sin such as this lesbian advising the Bishop on healthcare. The fact that this particular lesbian proudly decries being a lesbian in public makes her invaluable on giving advice in the field of healthcare where the Catholic Church is already fighting to save the unborn from untold evil that people like your favorite lesbian here want to abort. Instead of seeing that this is insanity in action you attack the man on the Vortex for pointing out this evil that is infiltrating the Catholic Church. JudeMarian maybe it might be advisable to actually have a working brain before making such comments as you did here.-Just a thought!

An opinion ... I got this same video in an e-mail yesterday. I was shocked. Not at the information, if it is honest information, but rather I was shocked at the ¨reporter¨. The 4th Commandment teaches respect for rightful autority. Jesus teaches that there are times when we are morally obligated to ¨ do as they say, but not as they do.¨ All of this is basic catechism. This repoter is being disrespectful towards the magisterium. The question is asked, ¨Why are the bishops seeking advice from a lesbian?¨ I don't know. Did he ask the bishops? Did he take his problem with this, in the correct manner and in accordance with Church law, to the rightful authority before popping off on line? I think he would have mentioned it if he had. Maybe they ask her questions, not because they agree with her lesbian life style, but because she is capable in her role as an advisor on health care issues? And then he asks, ¨Is everyone there a Democrate, etc. ?¨ as though to infer that all Democrats are on the wrong side which lumps a rather large segment of the U.S. population together in what would be an obviously bigoted statement if it were applied to an ethnic minority. He is being judgemental, disrespectful, vulgar, not operating according to accepted Holy Mother Church guidlines (in that he didn't take his problem to the Bishops), and disobedient to the Magesterium (by not being subject to rightful authority as per the 4th Commandment and the teachings of Jesus in the Gospel). Note: It is the teaching of Holy Mother Church that we are to be obedient to rightful authority even when the authority is wrong. In such a case the mistake is the authorities and not ours, but disobedience on our part wouldn't be their mistake ... rather it would be ours. This reporter owes an apology to both the U.S. Bishops AND his audience. I canceled my subscription to his service as a result of this video.
