Sadly the intermix of languages and cross terms makes this article difficult to read. Likely this was intentional.
However, bluetooth is still 2.4-2.8MHz. This frequency seldom will result in sympathetic vibrations of carbon particles.

I will hopefully find the study I found which predates the scamdemic and represented that carbon particles gather to create long pathways which can cause clotting. This gathering is called MOF or Metal Organic Framework which can be excited to self assemble into a lattice. And... NO it is above 2.4MHz.
There was no reference to magnetism, bluetooth, nor tracking. Just that 5G cellular signal frequencies (over 6GHz) can excite and cause this behavior.
Here is something more realistic than the bluetooth false flag while I locate another article.

Graphene’s broad optical absorption band suggests possible uses as a photodetector for non-ionising radiation but electrons and holes created in the material by incoming photons recombine very rapidly"
(Note the statement that holes in the GO structure can be caused by incoming photons. And, that they recombine very rapidly. This expressly states that GO can be manipulated within a body using energy in the photon ranges)

The number of articles which do NOT include 2.4MHz are huge. Most represent bioelectrical behavior which can be used for detection, GO movement, RF absorption, and re-radiation above 5GHz.

When people talk about Graphene and magnetism they likely forget the other atom found in the slurry called covid vaccine GO (Graphene Oxide) is different in several ways as it is already bound to oxygen from its attach points which alter its properties a lot (consider having your hands stuck to the steering wheel vs free to use).

As best as I can concentrate on this poorly formatted string of seemingly random phrases It appears that someone is discussing 'gain of function' on the human body so we are able to communicate with electronics without speech or hands. As best as I can concentrate on this poorly formatted string of seemingly random phrases It appears that someone is discussing 'gain of function' on the human body so we are able to communicate with electronics without speech or hands. As was represented in several of the papers I posted... they were less concerned about the human cells than the rubbish they force into the body... worried about how our natural immune system would adversely effect the biomechanical assault in the slurry.
And the answer to them making me into a Borg is still NO. There is NO good reason that people who know how to live and survive should be forced to be defiled and compromised for the sake of an experiment or some sociopaths perception of heaven where life and strife (which strengthens life) are absent. This will create cattle from people. Individuals who lack self preservation tendencies nor skills are food for those who do.
I will not be an Eloi (see the story time machine)
Oh... and if someone wants to allude to the "bucky ball" problem where two or more magnetic balls were swallowed and resulted in them attracting in a bad place like intestinal tract ... GO is not magnetic nor is it a ferrous material attracted to magnets. GO is not iron shavings as likely were shown in the title picture.
