First US Bishop Relaxes Restrictions on Public Mass

Las Cruces Bishop Peter Baldacchino, New Mexico, has lifted his ban on public Masses, weddings and funerals, reports CatholicNewsAgency.com (April 15).

Baldacchino wrote to his priests that the Mass ban “cannot become the status quo for the foreseeable future.”

He encourages outdoor and parking lot Masses, but stresses that priests must respect civil restrictions limiting gatherings to five persons.

Nevertheless, he disagrees with governmental decisions calling churches "non-essential" services.

This man opens our Churches right after the 40 days we repent and imitate Jesus. Right after our Lord's tremendous Sacrifice, Good Friday and the celebration of our Christ's conquering death for us.
The secular authorities also loosened restrictions right after Easter.
The most wicked people dominate the offices of authority.
