Accusations against Francis' Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops

The accusations against Cardinal Robert Prevost, Prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops, do not go away.
Three accusers claim that he "covered up" cases of abuse when he was Bishop of Chiclayo, Peru, even though the priest in question admitted to the facts. However, two of the complainants are anonymous, which greatly reduces their value.
Ana María Quispe, who was a member of a missionary children's group, told the media that when she was nine years old in Chiclayo she was assaulted by Rev. Ricardo Yesquen, an assistant priest in her parish, who sat her on his lap and began to kiss her.
Years later, she was allegedly abused by the parish priest Eleuterio Vásquez Gonzales, who was close to her family. According to her, Vásquez Gonzales invited her to a mission outside Chiclayo.
