Having used some of these alternatives successfully myself, I know it would be helpful for most people to know how much of these one must take and for what duration since, based upon my experience, these may be more subtle in their performance but they are infinitely more healthy for the body with no side effects, or any, very few or extremely minor side. That is, they may take longer to work, but they are much more effective when they do.
