When God’s Will Feels Too Hard
The Gospel reading emphasizes Jesus as the Good Shepherd, highlighting His love and concern for His sheep. While we may intellectually acknowledge Jesus as our shepherd, we often struggle to surrender control and follow His will, especially when it contradicts our own desires or leads us through difficult times. True discipleship requires trusting in God’s plan, even when it’s challenging, and prioritizing the good of others over our own.
