Residential School Abuse Hoax: Priest Acquitted

A Winnipeg court, Canada, has acquitted Father Arthur Masse, 93, of “indecent assault” at a Fort Alexander residential school for Indians.

One Victoria McIntosh, 63, had claimed she was “assaulted” by Masse “in a bathroom” at the school for “about one minute”, “sometime” in the late 1960s.

Allegations of abuse are rewarded with huge payouts. In 2013, McIntosh participated in settlement talks with the government over the residential school abuse hoax. At no time during that process did she allege that Masse or anyone else had assaulted her.

It was not until 2015 that she reported her fabrications to the police. After that, she kept changing her story.

According to Cbc.ca (March 30), McIntosh was “angry” with the outcome of the trial.
