Cardinal Joseph Coutts, the Archbishop of Karachi, interprets Vatican Council II schismatically as do the Pakistani bishops who made an Ad Limina visit to Rome in May this year. The Council is interpreted irrationally (LG 16 physically visible) by the Dominicans, Franciscans, Jesuits and and the diocesan priests and religious sisters. .At the Christ the King Major seminary, Karachi, they are in first class heresy on the Creeds (Ad Tuendem Fidem, Pope John Paul II). They use the LG 16 visible premise which I avoid.
At the National Catholic Institute of Theology, Karachi, students are not taught that the Conciliar Church today, teaches, according to an apostolic and magisterial Vatican Council II (only), that outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation; no salvation. Instead the norm is Vatican Council II interpreted with the false LG 16 visible premise of Karl Rahner sj.
Students have to interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational and not Rational Approach. The Council is interpreted with irrational Cushingism and not rational Feeneyism.
Catholics in Pakistan do not know what the Council and Catechism really teach when they are interpreted rationally. The cardinal and bishops choose irrationality and schism and so do not tell the people.
They do not know that in Heaven there are only Catholics (AG 7, CCC 846, John 3:5, Mark 16:16 etc.) Catholics are the new people of God, the elect (Nostra Acetate 4, Vatican Council II).The Catholic Church is the continuation of the Jewish religion. The Catholic Church has the Jewish Messiah promised by the Jewish Prophets. Jesus made an eternal and final Covenant with his Sacrifice, which is renewed every day at Holy Mass. Jesus, God, is present in the tabernacle in the Eucharist, just as the Ark of Covenant was preserved by the Jewish priests. Our Lady, the Apostles and Disciples were all Jews.

Here at Casa Serena of the Missionaries of Charity Contemplative Brothers of Mother Teresa, Largo Preneste, Rome, where I live, I spoke with Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala m.c and Fr. Stephen, the Superior, who projected the Catechism- line ‘all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church’ (CCC 846) as practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). This was irrational. Hypothetical cases (all who are saved ..) cannot be practical exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. If someone is invisible he cannot be an exception.
So the norm for salvation is faith and baptism and not LG 8, 14 etc or CCC 847-848.
Similarly when the Catechism says that 'God is not limited to the Sacraments', again, for us humans this is an invisible case in our reality. So it should not be projected as being an explicit exception for AG 7 or EENS. The Council is ecclesiocentric and dogmatic with AG 7. It is in line with Tradition.
So Fr. Sebastian and Fr. Stephen would also be affirming the traditional teaching outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, when they do not confuse what is implicit as being explicit.
For instance, there is Claudio ( not his Muslim name) who lives where I live and also Giuseppe, who had been living here during the year. They would agree that we cannot physically see someone saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance. These cases can only be known to God. So they would agree that the Catholic Church teaches in AG 7 and CCC 846 that outside the Church there is no salvation and in 2026 we do not known of any practical exceptions. This is something obvious for anyone.
So they are saying what even Cardinal Coutts and the Pakistani bishops would have to admit, that in Pakistan outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation (AG 7/CCC 846) and there are no known exceptions. This is Vatican Council II (AG 7) in align with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus, for them.
