This is taken completely out of context. He wants "sex education" in kindergarten to address "no no places" so that they are able to tell adults whether they were touched inappropriately. This propaganda is completely misrepresenting his stance on this issue. If you have an issue with the man, then find it without spinning and using skewed information to elicit fear.
