I question the strategy of appealing to what is clearly an unjust law for recourse for these crimes. The only reason that the “justice” department would want to prosecute a few of these cases is to discourage any efforts to repeal this horrible law, by pretending that it isn’t an obvious law to facilitate abortions, and nothing else.
