The pro-gay marriage lobby is so ridiculous. They act as though their issue was one of the most profound human rights concerns in the world today.
With all the terrible suffering from poverty, disease, war, etc. around the world today. With the fact that there are people who even die in North American cities due to homelessness or other social evils... why is it that ensuring that two men can be weded seems to be ranked with or above those things?
I wonder what kind of world we would have if legislators, the media or other such agents put all that energy, thought and resources towards actually fixing the real social issues of our time...
