The answer to Lesley Stahl's quetion is, "go ask the Iraqi government since their actions have necessitated such sanctions." Also, fallacious appeal to emotion. Any time someone wants to cover a basic flaw in their argument, they raise "the children". Moar gun-control? "We have to keep the children safe." Moar taxes?" "We need to feed/ educate/ house/ the children." The only time "the children" aren't referenced is when it comes to promoting abortion.
