Francis: Apostolic Exhortation Gaudete et Exsultate “Has Been Shelved”

Talking to the Malta Jesuits, Francis has said that the 2018 Apostolic Exhortation Gaudete et Exsultate on The Call to Holiness in Today’s World "has been shelved."

GE rails against “Pelagianism,” “Gnosticism,” “legalism,” love for the liturgy in the current notion of holiness while ignoring “real life” and the “suffering of the marginalised.”
