I was a big “hermeneutic of continuity”partisan in the past, as I think many here have been. I think it’s time that we listen to Marchetto, Fernandez, Bergoglio et al. and accept that Vatican II was not in continuity at all with what has been handed down, but was the founding of something completely new.
