"The experience of brotherhood is called to be constantly renewed through training and its spiritual path." Those were the words this morning of Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone in St. Peter's Square, while presiding over a Mass for the tenth anniversary of the confederation of the Confraternity of Italy. In front of 12 thousand brothers from all over Italy, who wore distinctive clothing, known as "hoods", Cardinal Bertone said that "living the Gospel today is challenging and hard" in a world "that seems to have lost the sense of God and His law.
