Tucho's Pardoned Abuser Friend Laicised - Dicastery Against Dicastery

The Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith on October 7 revoked the September 23 decree of Archbishop Edgar Peña Parra, Sostituto of the Vatican Secretariat of State, which reinstated the Argentinean sex abuser priest Ariel Príncipi. The news was released by Bishop Adolfo Uriona of Río Cuarto (Aica.org, October 8).

The previously pardoned pervert was a seminary colleague and close friend of Cardinal Tucho Fernández, who also served liturgically at Tucho’s bishop's ordination.

Don Príncipi was found guilty of sexual abuse of minors by two ecclesiastical tribunals (June 2023 and April 2024), both of which sentenced him to laicization.

Archbishop Peña Parra, who has no jurisdiction in canonical criminal cases, sidelined all previous canonical proceedings in September.

He declared Príncipi guilty of unspecified canonical crimes for having been very reckless in the practice of so-called healing prayers. Don Príncipi was placed under restricted priestly ministry.

This decree of the Secretariat of State has now been declared null and void by Archbishop John Joseph Kennedy of the competent Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith.

Don Príncipi was laicised. The decision is final.

The decree of October 7 addressed him as Mister Ariel Príncipi, as if any canonical decision could remove the priestly character from the soul.

In other words, Bergoglio cleverly uses an administrative measure without a canonical trial so that the other members of the Gay Mafia who are surely incriminating Tucho do not come to light.

Bishop Accountability. Org Says Víctor Fernández with troubling record on covering up homosexual abuse “should have been investigated, not promoted to one of the highest posts in the global church.”

Archbishop Viganò: The Pope's actions against McCarrick are all administrative and therefore without appeal. The Vatican's response to these homosexual scandals is aimed at protecting networks of homosexual clerics at all costs
