POLICE TO CONSULT VATICAN TODAY : IS CITING THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, VATICAN COUNCIL II AND THE BIBLE LEGAL AT THE VATICAN ?.
Over the last five nights I have been sleeping outside, in front of the basilica of St. Peter,under the arch in front of the Holy See Press Office. I used cardboard cartons. There were many people sleeping there in various places. Some were also tourists.
Today morning I was checked by the police as at about seven in the morning I was waiting for the Priests with Sant Egidio. I had written something last night and I was to give it to them.
Like the others sitting there, who were sleeping outside, I was ready to leave when the police asked us to do so. Then one of the police, noticed the message fixed on my knapsack. He photographed it and said the Vatican would be asked about it. They seemed to have known about me. I was asked if was a writer. I said yes, I write on the Internet.
The message said: Catechism of the Catholic Church 846, Outside the Church No Salvation (from Hell).
He also said that my Carta di Identita which expires next year was not enough. I had to also renew my Permesso di Sojjorno.So I checked at the Centro Astali and they were helpful. Tomorrow I go to renew my Permesso.
My documents were kept with the Missionaries of Charity Contemplative Brothers of Mother Teresa, Largo Prenestina, Rome. We couldn’t find it today.
On Sept.10, 2026 this Center where I was living for over a year closed. So everyone had to leave. I slept that rainy night at the Vatican, outside.
I wanted to tell those two groups of priests with Sant Egidio, whom I met yesterday morning , that I thought Sant Egidio had a Comfortable Catholicism.
1. The priests like Andrea Riccardi do not affirm Vatican Council II, interpreted rationally. I do.
2. They do not interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church rationally and so ethically. I do.
3. They do not interpret the Nicene, Apostles and Athanasius Creed, rationally with the original version. They do not deny it. They would agree with what I am saying here.
According to Ad Tuendem Fidem of Pope John Paul II this would be ‘first class heresy’.
I mean the tea and croissants were nice in the morning but I wish I could have the Catholic Faith also being given to me, by Sant Egidio.
I wanted to tell them that Andrea Riccardi or any of the priests were welcome to come and talk to me at night. I had plenty of time. I would not be disturbed. The Holy See Press Office has been ‘sleeping’ on this issue of doctrine and rational theology, for over a year.
I wanted to tell them that I was a seminarian (2003) sent to Rome by a friend of Sant Egidio, the late Bishop Anthony Lobo, the bishop of Rawalpindi-Islamabad, Pakistan.
I am now curious : what will the Vatican decide ?. Will they say that I am not allowed to cite the Catechism of the Catholic Church (846) and Vatican Council II (AG 7) on my bag? Is there a prohibition on the Bible (John 3:5, Mark 16:16).
When I say outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, I cite Vatican Council II, with Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism for salvation) aligned with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence. While, for me invisible and hypothetical cases of LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc cannot be objective exceptions for AG 7, EENS or the Athanasius Creed. So Vatican Council II is in harmony with the Catechisms of Trent, Pius X and Baltimore. There is the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.

This augurs well for example, for Fr. Leonardo Pompei but not for his liberal bishop who interprets Vatican Council II with LG 8, 14, 16 referring to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church allegedly without ‘faith and baptism’.
So a petition needs to ask how can the bishop of Latina, Italy, interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Creeds irrationally and still hold his office.
How can Bishop Michael Olsen in Texas still remain a bishop? The same question could be asked of Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez.
We now know that Vatican Council II has no practical exceptions for the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal of the Latin Mass. The Council, Catechisms and Creeds, are Feeneyite. So Cardinal Fernandez has to affirm the dogma EENS, with no known exceptions, the Athanasius Creed with no known exceptions, the Catechism of the Catholic Church with CCC 847-848 not contradicting CCC 845-846. He does not do this. Pope Leo and the College of Cardinals do not do this. The Bishops Conferences all over the world also interpret de fide teachings irrationally, just like Sant Egidio and the Vatican.
