Disconcerting Details on Cardinal Müller's Dismissal
During a meal in Mainz, Germany, Cardinal Müller gave details on his dismissal by Pope Francis according to an eyewitness quoted by onepeterfive.com. On June 30 Francis called Müller who assumed that this was a working session. Instead Francis confronted him with five questions regarding his position toward female deacons, female priests, celibacy, Amoris Laetitia and three of his employees whom Francis sacked last year shorty before Christmas without giving reasons. Müller answered the questions according to Catholic doctrine.
After this Francis sacked Cardinal Müller and left the room without farewell. Therefore Müller expected Francis to come back until Archbishop Gänswein told him that the audience was over.
