Bishop Schneider: Some Bishops' Appointments of Leo XIV Troubling
It is one of the Pope's main tasks to provide the Church with worthy bishops, Bishop Athanasius Schneider told the 'Confraternity of Our Lady of Fatima' on July 14 .
Appointing bishops who are known to promote confusion, error or secular agendas — despite prior knowledge of their views — reflects a lack of care on the Pope’s part, Bishop Schneider explained: "It is like putting wolves among the sheep."
A pope will also be held accountable for his appointments: "This is serious."
Leo XIV’s pontificate has barely begun, but: "Pope Leo has already made some appointments that raise concerns about the candidates."
It would be better for a diocese to remain without a bishop than for a compromised or dubious candidate to be appointed.

When hearing/reading the words of an uneducated or unsophisticated person, it is prudent to give them the benefit of the doubt pending further examination. Neither Leo nor these Bishops-elect conform to that requirement. The dots connect themselves....
Why complain now, bishop Schneider, this is your guy and by the way, you provided legitimacy to Bergoglio all the way to the very end. So, really, why complain now?
