God's love is all we need
Liturgy of Sunday 5 May - VI of Easter
Dear brothers and sisters, let's welcome Jesus' invitation to remain in his Love, as the passage from the Gospel of John that we're going to listen to Sunday May 5, suggests. In fact, only if we remain in the Love of Jesus will we be able to bear fruit that remains and we will be granted whatever we ask of the Father in his Name. Empowered by the Holy Spirit we will receive the priceless gifts of faith, hope and charity, which will allow us, as Pope Francis reminds us, to have eyes that see even in the dark, a heart that loves even when it is not loved, and a hope that dare against all hope.
