With Jesus in the Bunker
Sunrise Stroll & Chat, March 4, 2026 + reflection on daily reading Magdala Center
Today,
with You in the bunker,
You fill me with peace and serenity;
You make me feel safe.
With You in the bunker, I do not doubt.
Your Presence is real;
Your Love is real.
With You in the bunker,
I am reminded that despite the storm
we are living through,
You are here.
With You in the bunker,
You are with each one of us.
You care for us and give us peace,
as You did with Your apostles
when You stepped into their boat
here on the Sea of Galilee.
In the midst of the storm,
You calmed the wind and said:
“Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.”
With You in the bunker,
I can only give thanks
for Your constant presence,
for watching over us
and protecting us.
With You in the bunker,
I hear Your voice:
“Do not be afraid.
I am with you always,
until the end of the age.”
With You in the bunker,
there is nothing left for me to do
but abandon myself into Your hands,
to trust in Your Divine Providence
and to hope in Your Mercy.
Magdala remains.
The Eucharist continues to be celebrated each day.
In the past, you took an important step by supporting Magdala through your generosity. Your gift truly made a difference. Today, we would like to invite you to take a further step.
