Dear brothers and sisters, the "Eternal Life" that Jesus feeds with the "Bread" descended from Heaven, which is his Flesh, as the passage from the Gospel of John that we ‘re going to listen on Sunday, August 8, remind us, it is none other than his Divine life in us, in our heart, just here, just now! A Life that, of course, must grow at the "sources" of faith and of the Eucharist until to its fullness in the holy Paradise. But how does this divine life manifest itself in us in this world? With the power, as St Paul reminds us in the passage from the letter to the Ephesians, to imitate God by doing good!
