@henri - Do not know. However, in answer to your second question: No! There is no possibility for this in any Christian tradition, far less, Roman Catholic.

I am thinking that you chaps should email this interview to the USA Episcopal Conference and send a copy of same, via FedEx (dvd) to Rome with an appropriate cover letter.
This man needs to be disciplined and at once defrocked and put into a facility to get the strongly needed therapy he needs.More
