It seems appalling to me that those who have misspent and squandered billions throughout the 'pandemics' and 'crime-ate change' initiatives should take the stick once again to a portion of the taxpayers who are over the current retirement age to fix their malfeasance of the public purse. Politicians, and lords, need to be held accountable for public spending.
