I wonder what their prospects are at getting their asking price? I suppose Boston was smart, 20 years ago, to sell the parcel with the Cardinal’s residence, chancery, tribunal, and seminary, for a tad north of $100 million. But, Boston College was looking to expand, and Harvard actually offered way more. Plus, a local Catholic billionaire was giving them a new, very modern and spacious chancery, …More

I doubt Buffalo can be so fortunate.
