At the St.Benedict Center in New Hampshire, USA, the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, interpret the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms rationally i.e. LG 14 and LG 16 refer to physically invisible cases in 2026 and so are not objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in the present times.
Cardinal Fernandez and the new Prefect of the Dicastery for Communications, Vatican, interpret the Nicene Creed etc, with the LG 16 visible false premise to produce a liberal conclusion in the name of Vatican Council II. There is no denial from the Vatican.

They accept the mistake in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr. Leonard Feeney. It confused invisible cases of the baptism of desire in 1949 as being visible exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence 1442.
The European Union and the Catholic Bishops Conference of Europe (cardinals Grech and Hollerich) interpret Vatican Council II and the Nicene Creed with the fake premise (invisible cases are visible, LG 16 etc refer to visible people in 2026). This is dishonesty and a legal issue.

We cannot administer the baptism of desire as we can the baptism of water. So practically there is only the baptism of water of us. The Nicene Creed refers to the baptism of water.
Fr. Davide Pagliarani, like Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, interprets Magisterial Documents liberally like Cardinal Fernandez, who also uses the controversial LG 16 visible premise. With the liberal conclusion, which Fr. Pagliarani rejects, Cardinal Fernandez justifies Amoris Laetitia, Fiducia Suplicans, and Traditions Custode etc.
So Fr. Pagliarani must clarify that he personally at least for now interprets Church Documents rationally and not like Pope Leo and Cardinal Fernandez. This was not mentioned in his Declaration of Faith.
He must clarify that he is a Feeneyite on the baptism of desire.
