In 2017, Sutcliffe said "well done girls" to a group of girls and then noticed that one of them was pretending to be a "boy". He apologised, was nevertheless suspended, and took legal action.
Now a Teaching Regulation Agency concluded that it is "more likely than not" that he referred to the girl using female pronouns on two previous occasions, which he denies.
Sutcliffe told Telegraph.co.uk (22 May) that "affirming gender confusion in the classroom is psychologically damaging for children". England's gaystapo forbids people to have such an informed opinion.
